Quality Has Sadly Declined
I used to be a very loyal customer of SciFier and have ordered many books from them over the years. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the quality of their packaging and overall service has declined significantly.
In my most recent orders, I received a damaged book. While customer service did offer a replacement, the replacement itself was shipped loosely in the package without proper protection. As a result, it arrived with multiple creases on the cover, and even some of the pages were bent.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I specifically asked for the replacement to be securely wrapped in bubble wrap so it would be better protected during shipping. Unfortunately, this request was not followed, and the book still arrived poorly protected.
This is especially frustrating for collectors who expect books to arrive in good condition. In the past, I never had these kinds of issues with SciFier, which makes the recent decline in packaging quality even more noticeable.
It’s unfortunate because I used to recommend this store and ordered from them frequently. However, based on my recent experiences, I will sadly not be placing any more orders.

Great range and service
They have a great range and always seem to have some kind of deal or offer on different genres or publishers. Plus their shipping is a flat rate (and cheap!) regardless of how many items and everything I have received has been well packaged with no damaged stock (unlike other online retailers).
