It’s now been almost a year (in December) and they still haven’t returned my money or answered any of my emails. They have stolen £1071.00 from me.

They’ve now seemed to have closed business, website is inactive, app is removed from the App Store. Absolute scam merchants; will be reporting this to the police, company house and the ombudsman.

Scammers!!!!

Tried signing up, the sign-up experience was not great and I had to redo my application several times. I've not been waiting for 3-4 weeks to be approved for an account. I emailed asking what was going on and was told there is a backlog. Weeks later, I'm still waiting

On business trying to extend my stay in a hotel. Main card kept getting rejected for no apparent reason other than I was overseas (presumably). Used my SC. Worked a treat, solved what I thought was going to be a right headache.

Working my whole life in science I am very happy to contribute to the research. The app is very easy to use have a friendly UI.

Very happy with my debit card! The customer service team is very responsive and quickly answered my questions. Love the good feeling of passively contributing to science !!

The app works great, card as well. I used this extensively, the service is much better than Natwest that keeps going down twice a year.
4 stars as customer support could respond a bit faster, but they always answered my questions. Also the science projects are pretty amazing!

It is a great experience all around.
Been using it for a while now and the service feels very good no complaints or hiccups of any kind.

Do not sign up they steal your money, 1 star is too generous

Update: so you respond on here about breach blah blah blah but you can't respond this quick when we email.
There was no breach you are thieves not just me saying that

I love that this card gives me literal life-changing benefits, I'd recommend it!

This company I thought was a decent bank but trust me don’t do it.

They freeze your account and then ignore your emails.

You can’t call them you can’t use live chat there’s nobody to speak to at all apart from Adam. There cannot be 1 person running the entire bank it’s very suspicious.

If someone sends you money with a name that’s not British they hold the payment and then ask for the person who sent you the money date of birth and where they live.
This isn’t normal

I’ve had multiple payments stopped from my work boss who is called faraz and mohammed

My payments never got stopped when I had payments from anyone else just my 2 bosses with certain names if you catch my drift .

Please as someone who has had this bank for over 6 months.

Do not sign up it’s not a real bank.

If they have the decency to not treat me like a criminal and restore my account I shall remove this review

Save yourself the stress.

I have got over 40 of my friends to post on instagram seeing as you blocked me if the money isn’t returned in my account in one hour I shall get every single one of them to post on instagram how you blocked me and what a scam you are I shall also get them to right on trust pilot and apple reviews and Facebook

Am I ever going to receive my funds back or should I just accept I’ve been robbed by you?

So that’s you confirming you’re not giving my money back? I don’t care about the account being suspended or closed. You can NOT steal my money. So either return it to sender and provide proof or send to the details I provided you 4 weeks ago.

I am struggling to understand if this is a financial institution or is it just bank of Adam ?
All contacts are to this one person who takes his good time to reply whenever he feels like it .
This digital money wallet should be reported and never referred to anyone to use until they proof they are not stealing people’s money to buy Bitcoin or whatever they doing with customers money .
A friend sent me money to my account , they suspended my account . Requested for proofs which I provided and also who sent me money had also requested they refund the money since they suspending my account because of it .
All Adam could reply me was I had beached their terms and conditions and my account will remain suspending until he decides what he wants to do next.
What rubbish of a bank is this . Return my money back to sender and close my account .
That money was meant for my family I pleaded everyday for 3 weeks to have it returned but Adam would not listen or respond to my plights .
Refund my money back to sender in the same way it was received . NO Adam refused . Because this is bank of Adam

They’ve now replied to my review, but somehow haven’t responded to weeks worth of emails? Funny that.

You want my official name but can’t speak on here so what difference does that make? Respond to your customers emails and you’ll know what people are talking about.

I’ve asked you via email to send me a complaints form before I go to the ombudsman. If you don’t send me the complaints form today, I will be contacting the ombudsman tomorrow.

I will also be contacting action fraud and reporting you to company house for fraud and theft.

Update to their bullsh*t response:
I asked why it’s been closed, you said due to “suspicious transactions” I’ve explained that I’ve only had payments from myself and my mum and you said “well contact you when we have an update”. I asked for a time frame, you said there isn’t one.

And no, you sent the complaints form after my second review so let’s not lie, yet again.

Return my funds.

Big scam, closed my account and said they’d return my balance to sender, they never did this and have now blocked my email address from their support system, I’ve not had a reply in almost 2 months and continue to be ignored by them. This is a big scam, they will take your money and won’t return it!

Theives closed account showed proof of payment now have no reply about actually receiving my money. 3 weeks of emailing and nothing back

Wonderfull Banking Facilities ,will be great in the future if you will introduced cashback rewards when spending with the science card to big retailers like Morisson,Asda,Sainsbury,Coop,Matalan,LDL,TFL ,waiting for Direct Debit aswell to become available.

I’m really really impressed with how they’ve matched science with banking it’s amazing and on top of that i initially registered to use it as my savings but now I’m going main it’s amazing how smoothly they operate, no problems whatsoever , you save, send and receive money without any problems you also get notifications it’s really amazing they even have a separate vault you can create yourself to save money in really amazing.
