I was using the previous aero comfort bike case but no longer suitable for “thru the axe “ wheels system; so I had to upgrade to the aerocomfort v3 to travel the following week for a race.
After I put the order and contacted the client team to ask them to their best to deliver my case on time. The bag arrived on time and I received very prompt reply by email from the client service.

Got the glasses and should I mention that those are th very best I’ve been use so far. I wanted to get smth different quality wise, and I found the right product to buy. The way it fits your face is amazing, you don’t actually feel it, except that the sun doesn’t bother you at all either wind does. I’m glad that I went for it and I’m sure a returning customer in the future

I had an excellent experience with SCICON customer support, especially with Sharoon, who handled my case outstandingly.
After my very first flight with the AeroComfort TT 3.0, one of the welded structural tubes unexpectedly failed. Naturally, I was concerned, especially since my bike is high-value and I had a return flight scheduled shortly after.
I contacted SCICON early in the morning, and Sharoon responded immediately. She was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. A replacement part was arranged right away and shipped express to Marbella – the very next afternoon it was already waiting for me at my hotel.
What stood out most was how smoothly and seriously the situation was handled – clear communication, fast action, and genuine care for resolving the issue.
Big thanks again to Sharoon and the SCICON team for the excellent support.

Have used Scicon bike bags (aerocomfort series) for a while now, never had any issues with damage or problems during these years. contacted Scicon support prior to upgrade to a new Aerocomfort tri bag. excellent & quick service. very helpful and swift response during the process.
for those never used these bags they are easy to pack ,light weight & good quality
Scion Gravel Bag Warranty - AVOID
Bought the gravel bike bag for travel. Fork mount was improperly welded and broke in transit causing carbon fork damage. Company said they will replace the mount but not do anything about the fork. Provide a shitty product that damages the bike and take no responsibility. Avoid.

Great customer service - I order a road bike bag and tried it for the first time 5 months Agus ordering. My bike did not fit and customer service handled the return for free and sent me the gravel bike bag as a replacement. Bags look great, come with lots of accessories to ensure the bike is protected.

Do not buy! Bike will break. The soft bags DO NOT provide nearly enough protection.
Used it twice: 1 broken handlebar broken, 2 shifters completely knocked out of place.
No protection for seat stays either.
Very easy to pack, but unfortunately too easy. Your bike will break.
Check internet (Reddit among others) for broken handlebars, shifters, seat stays etc.
Only accessories are… you guessed it. Soft padding!
Never use this bag for your precious bike.

I was honestly surprised by how supportive and human their approach was. It didn’t feel like dealing with a system or policies but it felt like dealing with people who genuinely wanted to help.
Special thanks to Laura for resolving everything almost instantly. Experiences like this are rare and they really matter. Scicon is my love brand from this point on.

Don't buy anything from Scicon, the brand kidnapped my money!!!
I having the worst experience with the brand, always I bought the bike bags knowing from the quality of the construction and versatility.
But unfortunately I never will buy anything from them, I bought during the Black Friday (22/11) the aeroshade Kunken sunglasses, and they had a promotion when you buy the sunglasses you will get a free gift (spare lenses), my lenses arrived in couple days but my sunglasses never were posted by the brand.
After a couple days I contacted the customer service and they didn't answer my request, them week after send another asking for they process my cancellation and refund, them a few days after they answer my cancel request saying that for do the refund I need to return the free gift.
I refuse once it's not my fault they don't delivery my product. he them told me if I could wait until the end of the week the product will arrive and he will post it to me on Friday week ago, but nothing was posted, now I send at list 4 request of refund and the brand don't want to give my money back. they stopped answering my messages or emails, so I will considerate that they kidnapped my money and only will giver the refund if I return the free gift, wtf.

With regards the bags themselves, this would normally be a 5 star review as have moved from and Aero to Gravel bag and both have been great.
Unfortunately I'm searching for the 0 star review and 1 is all Google has.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased the new gravel bag on 14 November. They ship ex Australia to New Zealand which is normal for an ecom site but you would expect some form of management.
Arrived in New Zealand 22 November which is fair service. No milestone tracking provided but it was trackable. From there it remained at customs for clearance. Normally this would be the shippers responsibility to sort, but sadly not.
No proactive correspondence, and I had to research which local company did the delivery for AUSPOST. After establishing it was NZPOST a number of emails and phone calls were made to track the product down, all with no assistance from Scicon. You would think they would have a phone number to call and discuss issues, but they have gone to all efforts to hide from their own website, google search, company searches and social media searches all in my attempt to make contact.
Finally I got some traction from NZPOST who required a commercial Invoice to clear. That would contain information such as manufacturing country, freight and cost for duties and taxes payable. (Lets not even start on that!) Luckily for me and probably not for others I had a customs entry number and was able to talk customs into clearing on the order form as following a number of emails SCICON customer support wouldn't provide a commercial invoice let alone a response to an email.
Bag is finally set for delivery almost 4 weeks post purchase.
Bottom line a great product, reasonably priced but gets let down by the poorest customer service I've ever experienced.
