Get pain relief for sciatica and back pain with Sciaticalm. Simple, painless and easy to use. Sciatica affects around 3% of women and over 5% of men in the UK. Caused by a compression of the sciatic nerve where it exits the spine the condition causes severe burning pain in the lower back, radiating down the leg and often into the foot. Developed by orthopaedic surgeons in the UK, Sciaticalm applies a precise frequency of signal to the sciatic nerve helping you to manage your pain. The Sciaticalm device generates high-frequency vibration to pass pulses through the skin to the sciatic nerve. Pain is transmitted as impulses in the large sensory fibres of the body and by applying a certain frequency to the area of pain, it interacts with the pain impulse transmissions, causing disruption. The pulses are effectively ‘scrambling’ the sensory impulses to the extent that they cannot be interpreted as pain signals by the brain. This helps to alleviate the pain from the condition. This is a treatment modality approved by NICE, the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence.

I can’t say whether this works or not…

I can’t say whether this works or not as I only received it today. It comes with two straps; it’s advertised as being able to wear under your clothes. The larger of the straps was missing, so I emailed the Company only to have the email bounce back to me stating it was a invalid address. I rang the number on the form and spoke to a customer service person - she stated they have no longer straps but if I went on the website she gave me I would be shown how to wrap it around my hand and place on the appropriate area. Not easy when you have a bad back. I’m really disappointed and just hope the machine doesn’t let me down. I wish I’d thought twice!!

I bought the sciaticalm as I was desperate

I bought the sciaticalm as I was desperate. I had been in awful pain with sciatica for 5 weeks and bedridden as I couldn't put any weight on my leg. I couldn't walk or sit down - I had to crawl to the bathroom and just lie in bed. The pain really was that bad. I was prepared to try anything.

I used the sciaticalm for 3 days - 10 minutes 3 times a day - and on the 3rd day I was able to walk. I still had pain but I could walk... well hobble around. I found it much easier walking with a trolley.

It has not been a cure as I'm still getting pain especially in a morning but by mid afternoon into the evening the pain is easier and I'm finding that I have very little pain over night which is helping me to sleep. I am still using the sciaticalm 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time mainly on my leg.

I really didn't know what to expect when I bought it but as I say I was desperate and I felt for £40.00 it was worth the risk. I'm feel it has got me mobile again but for me it has not got rid of the pain 100% but the pain is so much more manageable than it was.

Well worth a try!

After continuous pain whilst walking my dog and dosing with pain killers, I saw an advert for Sciaticalm. Owing to the low cost and refund if not suitable, I thought it worth a try.
So pleased I did. Although still painful, I can manage a full walk and taking less medication. Still early days, but I feel an improvement in mobility and certainly less pain!
Sciaticalm comes ready to use once battery fitted and strap threaded to device. Everything is supplied in the box, so you'll be ready to go once received. For such a small outlay, it is well worth a try, with nothing to lose except pain! Highly recommended.

Absoloute waste of money

Absoloute waste of money, hardly gives off any type of feeling when on and the useless strap doesn't hold it in place and the extra charge for chargeable battery pack is a cheap set of batteries with a charger that I could of brought for a fraction of the price else were, avoid at all cost this does not hell with back pain
