I bought a pair of gloves nine days before Christmas because the site stated the order would ship in 24 hours. Of course, the gloves were never shipped, leaving a family member without a present today.
I have ordered gloves and never hear back from them when I leave a message. It says to leave a message and they will get back to you but this does not happen.
I just wanted to know if they were ever going to be in stock but beret got an answer!

I have used many leather gloves which has been described as "compatible with touch screen", but those from Schwartz Vonhalen are top quality, premium leather and really compatible with touchscreens!!!

UPDATE: The owner contacted me via email and resolved the issue. I was sent the correct pair of gloves I ordered. To make up for the disappointing experience with the customer service team and for the delay in receiving the right pair of gloves, I was offered another pair of gloves for free. I appreciate the effort put into fixing the issue quickly. The products are of good quality and I would recommend them. Amending the rating from 1 star to 4 star
Original review: Terrible experience dealing with the customer service team (Venessa and Jenny). One item in my order arrived wrong. When I reached out via email, I didn’t receive a response till I reached out on the chat and reminded them about the email. Even after this, they didn’t respond to part of my query, which meant I had to send them a reminder again on the chat.
The CS agent took no onus for the wrong glove sent. Instead said that I’m free to return it and had to go to Royal mail to drop it off myself. Not to mention, they didn’t want to give me the contact for the owner inspite of me asking a few times for her contact details.
I was treated like I had asked for a freebie, when in reality, I didn’t receive the glove I paid for. Now I have no choice but to do this as they are unwilling to collect the wrong glove and send me the one I paid for. Terrible experience. I’m surprised some people have had pleasant experience with returns. I was misled by the 5 star reviews.
