Non Existent Customer Service - Poor Delivery, Missing Item
Ordered the "Student" pack. Didn't receive a marker pen, and the bubble wrap is most definitely not 10M.
Similarly to a lot of customer's by the looks of things, I'm not sure what I paid the £5 Next Day Delivery charge for, as I didn't receive next day (even taking into account working days and order cut off).
I contacted Schott Packaging CS asking why my order hadn't even been received with the courier when it was supposed to, and they didn't even both replying to me. (this was days ago now). Which is why I haven't bothered contacting them regarding the missing items.

I'm very sorry to see you were unhappy with your transaction. I've taken a look into this for you, and I can see your order came into us on Saturday May 25th at 12.33. We do state on our website that any orders received on a weekend are dispatched the next available working day, and that no orders are dispatched on weekends.
In this instance the next available working day was Tuesday May 28th as the Monday 27th was a Bank Holiday in the UK and the business was closed.
The goods were dispatched on time from our warehouse on Tuesday May 28th and delivered on time next day, Wednesday May 29th at 11.15am. With this information in mind, it would be much appreciated if you might consider amending the review to reflect an on time delivery as advertised.

I ordered the student pack and I received my order the next day which was perfect. The boxes are really good quality and fantastic for the price.
My only complaint would be that I had a few items missing in the order but this was easily and quickly fixed by email with Josh who was very kind and helpful.
