New Plymouth School's Out manager is unprofessional

A before and after school child care service the other parent uses - the New Plymouth School's Out programme manager has overstepped her role of child care programme manager and involved herself in family court matters regarding the schooling placement of my child which has already gone through High Court. She wrote a supporting letter for the other parents current application re: schooling. In her letter it appears she's been gathering "evidence", twisted comments made by my child, twisted a comment made by my kid's teacher (whom she has no right to even speak to) to fit the narrative of the other parent. Her exact words at the end are "I feel that it would be in (child's name) best interest to return to (name of previous school)". That comment alone is outside the scope of her role as she's not qualified to give that sort of evidence for courts. I'm now concerned for my child as it appears she's been manipulated here. I've made a complaint to upper management who have opened an investigation - I also wrote a review on the New Plymouth SO Facebook page which my profile has now been blocked and the review section taken down by the admin. This show's the lack of transparency and attempt at damage control. After further research into School's Out, it looks like managers don't need much training or any qualifications to run a programme. Other stories have been shared on social media about the unprofessionalism of other schools out programmes too so hope this review profile helps others avoid this service. Btw - School's Out is owned by the well-known Wrights Family Foundation who owned Best Start centres and pay $0 tax on any of the income they receive from all of their businesses.
