Having completed many online courses, I can say this online course was deffinitely one of the better ones.
From start to finish the customer care and instruction were excellent.
Tazz took care of all my enquiries and responded within a day. Mr Omer was my academic support, he was able to direct me in order for me to become even more reflective within my answers to course questions.
My plan is to complete further courses with Britannia because they are good at what they do.

I have just finished my AET Level 3 course with Britannia School and I am more than satisfied. Easy and smooth enrolment process, very good tutor support, and useful feedback. What I particularly liked about this training course is that when often receiving assignment feedback, some tutors only focus on what's missing or what needs to be added. While my tutor gave me suggested amendments to improve my coursework, she always praised me for my efforts and the standard of my work so far which really made a difference in keeping my motivation up! :)

It has been many years since I was last in an academic environment studying for a qualification. I was expecting an easy ride and saw this as a formality. However, what became clear to me about Britannia was the standards they expect their students to perform to. Many distance learning programs can allow old bad habits to suffice but the support and encouragement I received from both the tutor (Clare) and assessor (Arsalan) respectively in completing my assignments and making sure they were of the required standard was immensely helpful to me. They gave insightful feedback that helped me to see where I needed to improve whilst also highlighting the things I did well. This is important when you've been out of an academic environment for so long. I would definitely recommend them for the standards they hold for students and the support they provide.

I found the experience of Britannia School of Academics very good. It has a professional moodle setup whereby you access your course materials and referencing materials. It is very easy to follow and laid out in an easy to follow fashion. I decided to chose the 'fast track' option, but in essence it has taken around 5 weeks to complete, which is fine. Assessment on the live lesson was engaging and tutor feedback was prompt, detailed and allowed me to amend any tasks that required very quickly.

It is a very good experience from start to end. My tutor and assessor Ashley and Muhammad Arslan supported me very much. Though am new to documenting my work and using references, they guided me in every step and helped me to improve my skills. Very positive and constructive feedback on my micro-teach sessions really encouraged me to complete my course at my own speed. No pressure just constant learning process.

It is easy to get in touch with the company for queries - and the company are responsive to questions. As my course was online this was so important for me. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. The hero was the level of Tutor/Assessor suppport. They demonstrated the content of the course practically in the way that the assessed & provided feedback. Despite being fully qualified in South Africa, I decided to embark on re-qualifying in the UK. It was a good learning experience and I have enroled on the next course.
