Support became unreachable. Had to move to another VPS.
An incredibly brazen indifference of the customer support that suddenly arose at the end of this year made me choose another VPS provider. Technical support not helping me at all. It seems like only one person (the owner himself) fixing issues and doing sales support. Configuration file 'nodes/node02/qemu-server/150.conf' does not exist VPS not working again. No SSH access as well. No fix for 9 days! Avoid schnellno.de website. I don't know the reason, but it seems like the owner just tired of everything he was doing these years. His home business dying obviously.
