Sehr guter Online Shop! Ich hatte einen Artikel bestellt und gleich mit Vorkasse bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag merkte ich meinen Fehler, Bestellung war nicht nötig, habe meine Bestellung storniert und meine Bankverbindung angegeben zwecks Rückzahlung. Stornobestätigung erhielt ich noch am selben Tag. Der von mir bezahlte Betrag war am nächsten Tag auf meinem Konto wieder gut geschrieben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall, bei Bedarf, wieder dort was bestellen.

Besser geht's nicht
Besser geht's nicht! Das Einloggen bei der Onlinebestellung hat zwar nicht gleich funktioniert, aber der darauf folgende telefonische Service war sehr freundlich. Die Bestellung wurde sofort aufgenommen, Bezahlung per Paypal und der Versand erfolgte keine Stunde später. Am nächsten Tag war die Bestellung schon da.
Ich bin hoch zufrieden und spreche eine bedingungslose Empfehlung aus.
