We checked your application and found that the information shared in your review does not match the details provided during your booking process. On 15th May, while making the payment, you confirmed that London was your first priority and Manchester was your second priority for the appointment location.
Based on your preferences, we secured and shared an Iceland visa appointment with you the very next day, on 16th May, for the Manchester centre, with the appointment scheduled for 26th May. At that time, the appointment confirmation was shared with you, and you accepted it and proceeded further without raising any concerns.
However, on the actual appointment day, you informed us that you had only just noticed the appointment was in Manchester. We are therefore unable to understand how this can be described as a mistake from our side, as the appointment was booked exactly according to the preferences discussed and confirmed by you.
As a company, we maintain call recordings and booking confirmations for transparency, and these records confirm that the appointment was arranged based on the information you provided.
We kindly request that you review your own confirmation details, as we fulfilled the service exactly as requested.

The team were good with initial consultation and final document prep but I had to follow up with them routinely to ensure we were meeting the timeframe. It was a very rushed request (I needed visa within a month of getting in touch with them) and they managed to eventually get me an appointment. The team is very approachable and always reachable via Whataspp.

Easy appointment booking process
From the very first conversation i had with them, they were able to put my mind at ease by answering all my questions. They were confident they would get me the dates and soon i knew i could trust that confidence too. They secured dates for 5 of us and were open throughout the process, talking us through what was going on and what the next step is. Needless to say the service was incredible, so i referred other people i know trying to see secure dates.

Scammer Alert! Didn’t provide the service in the said time frame and denied the refund when it’s clearly stated in the agreement. Also, the agent verbally abused me when I asked for refund on a phone call. Congratulations to the team on another successful scam.

Your claims are incorrect and misleading.
The appointment was successfully booked and delivered as per the agreed terms. Your last-minute decision not to proceed does not make the service refundable. As clearly stated in the agreement, refunds are only applicable if the appointment is not secured—which was not the case here.
Despite this, you were still refunded the amount via bank transfer.
Making allegations such as “scam” and abuse is completely unacceptable and not supported by facts. We suggest you review the agreement and the actual sequence of events before posting such statements.
