Schengen Visa Consultancy Ltd made my visa application process quick and easy. They explained the requirements clearly, checked all my documents, and handled everything efficiently. The staff were friendly and always available to answer my questions. I’m very happy with the outcome and would gladly recommend them to others.

I had a terrible experience with this visa agency. Initially, I received a rejection for my France visa due to some missing documents and errors made by the visa officer. Since I had limited time and urgently needed to go to France, I decided to use this agency’s services. Their website made it seem like their prices were affordable—but in the end, I ended up paying around £400.

Most of my documents were already prepared because I had recently applied for France. While searching for available appointments myself, I found one for Norway but decided not to book it, thinking that the agency might find a better alternative for me. However, without consulting me, they booked the exact same Norway appointment that I had found, making me waste £100.

After my Norway visa was rejected, the agency initially told me the reason was that I wasn’t employed, even though my student status was clearly stated in my application. Later, we realized that the real reason for the rejection was my recent France visa refusal, which I had asked the agency about beforehand. I specifically asked if my previous rejection would cause issues, knowing that multiple refusals could negatively impact future applications. They assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they regularly processed applications like this. This turned out to be completely false.

To maximize my chances of getting a long-term visa, the agency suggested I apply through two different countries—Italy and Norway—so I ended up booking four separate flights. I agreed to this plan because they convinced me it would work, but in the end, it was completely useless, and I wasted even more money.

Additionally, they told me that I could apply for a Schengen visa from any country and wouldn’t even need to visit that country after obtaining it, essentially encouraging visa shopping—an unethical and risky practice. On top of that, they made mistakes while filling out my Norway visa application form, which I had to correct myself on the day of my appointment.

After wasting so much money, I requested a refund, but they refused and told me to pursue legal action if I wanted my money back. Through the communication their attitude was also quite rude.

Honestly, the best option is to handle your visa applications yourself. This agency is unreliable, misleading, and a complete waste of money. Avoid them at all costs.
