Excellent Experience
We built our house with Schell Brothers just over a year ago and we are absolutely in love with our new home. The building process was a lot of fun first working with our sales manager to select just the right house for our lot. We had a ton of questions and concerns because this was the first house we have ever built - they answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable during the process. The design studio experience was superior! The amount of selections and finishes that we had to choose from was very extensive. There were a lot of decisions to be made but their design representative guided us through the process and in the end we are incredibly happy with how it turned out. When our home started, our construction manager kept us in the loop on a weekly basis with phone calls. As the house took shape he also sent us photos and videos to keep us in the loop and informed. Our customer service contact was prompt in addressing our short punch list and kept us informed with updates as they addressed the items. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we love our new home!
