I have now been with them for 2 cycle…
I have now been with them for 2 cycle recommendations of 6 option ea. All but one has been a loser. Nice to take peoples money and give them additional pain by losing them more money, and you don't even use a gun.

KATIE WILL MAKE THINGS RIGHT!
What started out as a terrible experience with their salesman ended up favorable when Katie, the owner, stepped in to fix the problem and have a little "sit-down" with the offending salesman. The salesman forgot how he should work with customers and solve their complaints. If you ever have a problem with Schaeffer's, give Katie a call. She'll make things right!

Follow up needs help
I would give a higher rating but the follow up is not good. I was told I would receive information from customer service concerning the details of my plan - nothing. I have yet to get a username and I have no way to log in

Schaeffer's CLIENT Service is the Best
First thing Schaeffer needs to do is give their Client Services Rep K.... a raise. She truly puts the "C" in CLIENT Services. We explained that we did not receive the service that we ordered and everything seemed to be screwed up with our account. As soon as she heard our story, K.... contacted us and said she would get to the bottom of what happened. She literally spent the weekend to discover the problem and to fix the problem. We subscribe to over two dozen investment services including Bloomberg, Investors Business Daily, WSJ, and Barron's. We have never seen this type of dedication to track down the cause of the problem and then fix it. She sent us several emails just to make sure the Account was up and running and gave us a free subscription to one of their more popular services just as a sign of good faith. She totally made me feel like I was a "CLIENT" of Schaeffer's Investment Research rather than just another "customer" signing up for their Option Advisory Service, which of course has been a staple of Wall Street for over 40 years. Just wanted to thank her for going the extra mile for a CLIENT.

I have used Schaffer's Research for years. A friend told me about this service. I have purchased 4 services from them. Their research guidance is excellent and in most services I have they tell you the entry and exit points. Their CS is good and if you have an issue they try to work it out with you.

Look elsewhere for better returns
I bought Schaeffers option week program and was sent 6 stocks to either buy puts or calls on. All but 2 went in the opposite direction of what they were predicting. thankfully, i bought calls on one of the two that worked - GE and made money. I went into the other trades and quickly sold out when i saw what direction they were going in. I wrote them asking about cancelling and was told i could not get my money back although i just began my subscription. after requesting to be removed from all marketing emails, i don't seem to be receiving the program i signed up for. Can't find an email since april with recommendations. trying to reach them by phone. Not sure about success rate of other offerings, but i would look elsewhere. their lack of performance is only matched by their indifference to the issue.
