This is a fake company which appears to be based in the USA but in actuality seems to be in Hong Kong under the name Medoceanhkl, they use multiple contact addresses and their aim is to steal your bank card details when ordering from their low priced goods from sceptersounds.com and no doubt they have other set up companies, when proceeding to checkout beware when a request for card details appears twice.
Company attempting to use card details to make purchases with Amazon Prime which failed due to banks security. Company sending dozens of spam messages from many addresses all with same message. Company attempted to pose as bank in text message using a mobile number 07380283330. Prices on their website are baited so low to encourage buyers so don't be fooled. My card is now no use to them and changing phone number.
