AVOID AVOID AVOID - This company has subscribed me to a membership without my knowledge or authorisation and are claiming I have purchased membership when I HAVE NOT! They have taken money from my card on 5 occasions despite me contacting them and requesting they remove my details which they obtained illegally/ fraudulently and are refusing to refund my - I had never heard of this company until I saw their name appear on my bank statement - I then search back and saw multiple attempts at taking money from my account without my knowledge or authorisation- I have never purchased goods, signed up to anything products ect or received any email communication emails from this company as they are claiming - it’s a joke - I don’t know how they got my details but certainly wasn’t from me and I’m not the only one according to reviews - so steer clear!

I have been battling for weeks now to try and resolve this issue and no progress is being made - and despite assurances no more money would be taken they attempted to take more just 2 days ago - the only reason they didn’t get it is cos I cancelled my bank card and ordered a new one - just to stop them taking more —— as I said never heard of them until I saw their name pop up in my account - but avoid and don’t get caught out !

They have great customer service. Any issues I had was addressed swiftly especially when I was assigned with Alexander.

The team called me and ask me questions the lady who was i talking to was so polite and nice

The service advisor Nela provided me with excellent service, highly knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommended and appreciated

i dont want to subscribe ..and i accidentally open the adds its autamatically subscribe

Pls avoid this company they have taken money from my debit card twice without authorisation.. I think this is a scam be aware

Avoid this company !! Asked to amend my previous trust pilot as they will refund my money … said I would if and when I get refund … guess what no refund and not responding to emails… scammers and untrustworthy

SCAMMER COMPANY!
They take money out of your account when you haven’t even signed up for anything!

This company has been trying to take money out of my pre paid credit card, I have never dealt with this company or brought from them ever ,and had to goggle them ,but keep trying to take payment for 40 pound, I have no idea how this and another company have gotten my details, definitely an scam and has been reported

EDIT problem resolved

I never signed up for this Service. I deliberately DID NOT check the box for sign up but I still received a welcome mail. I wrote to cancel this subscription I never signed up for withing 5 minutes and now they are charging me for leaving them within 14 days. A subscription I never signed up to.
