I ordered London Calling oils from you guys never received them. I did receive a message that says how did you like the product? Well, I never got the product so disappointed contacted the company. They never responded so disappointed.
Love the product! Well made and scents are fabulous! Unfortunately the box arrived soaked with liquid as one of the scents had leaked all over the contents. Suggest protecting the scents in the bottles much better especially the larger sizes.

I ordered a starter scentia which was to include oil. My box did not include oil. I have emailed customer service and they keep stating the oil was in the box. I have sent photos of the box and there was no oil. They did it ship me the starter and if they reviewed the photos they would know that. 3 weeks later and I still can’t use product.
