We recently employed SCD for a complicated boiler installation which involved a re-location from the kitchen to the garage, lifting carpets to get at floor boards, the removal of an immersion heater, together with a soak-away to the front of the house. The whole process took two days with the minimum of fuss and disruption. We were extremely impressed with the work of the two engineers, Jason and Colin who took all the challenges encounters in their stride. We would have no hesitation in recommending SCD to family and friends for any boiler work or indeed any plumbing requirements. A first class job at a competitive price and we are delighted with the result.

It has been a breath of fresh air working with SC Duncan, from the first conversations I could tell they were different. Professional, friendly and very well priced. They do everything right, and to regs and I have no complaints about the work. James was amazing in answering my (many) questions, quickly. Colin was great at ensuring things were done to my (fussy) standard whilst on site.

I'll be working with them on all projects moving forward.

Jordan came round yesterday to fit a new printed circuit board which had failed on the Vaillant boiler. The confidence and swiftness from Jordan in replacing the part but also doing a thorough check of wider aspects to the boilers functionality whilst there was an added bonus and peace of mind. The work to flush the central heating system and to check the Combi boiler was carried out professionally by Jason and within the quoted timescales. Excellent job and pleased with the results. Very happy to use the services again.

Turned up on time for both pricing the job and carrying the work out, the fitter was very polite, left the job clean and tidy when finished, would use again.

Jordan arrived promptly to service the boiler, install thermostatic radiator valves and HIVE system. He paid meticulous attention to detail, left the area clear.
We were keeping our cats indoors as we have just moved in and he was sensitive to that closing doors etc. He gave a thorough explanation of how everything worked. Very pleased

Have used SC Duncan for various repairs to central heating system, as well as a Powerflush and have found the service and the knowledge of the heating engineer to be great. I have also used them to fix our toilet. The problem was diagnosed easily, the new part ordered and fitted with no fuss. I would definitely use SC Duncan again.
