Very quick and good service just what I wanted

Great, Fast response from James to arrange his team to fixed the water leak on Monday morning, while I sent email to him on Sunday night.
And thanks for Colin to identify and fix the water leak problem in very short time.

We were promised a plumber by the end of the working day when we rang at lunchtime. He was here before lunch was over. Got on with the job and fixed it within a very short space of time.

Very professional and personable staff. Did a fantastic job of replacing my boiler and power flush. Very tidy and unobtrusive. Excellent price and would highly recommend. 5 star. A very happy customer.

Used this Company for the first time to service my new 1 year old boiler .Arrived on time was a nice chap got on with the job ,was respectful and was happy to explain things when asked.Price was a fair price compared to other companies so will be using them again in the future.

The phone receptionist made it easy to book a suitable appointment for our boiler service and James arrived promptly as promised. James proceeded to roll out a protective cloth beneath the boiler for his tools and test equipment then appeared to carry out a very thorough service. Once completed James answered my queries regarding system operation and best ways forward, explained the call routine used by the company for next years service and how the service report would be delivered.

A brilliant local business. I made a call at the weekend, they responded and they came out the next day. Quote one hour later and work done two days after that. My heating has been so noisy and I have had countless 'experts' speculate and get no results because it didn't involve them selling me a new boiler. These guys diagnosed the problem, did the hard work to fix it and my heating system is restored to a whisper. I will now be trying their electrician services and perhaps construction for some work. If I can get the same customer service, value and results as this experience then I don't need to waste time looking for others.

Had two dealings with SC Duncan in recent times both of which have been very positive. They’re very responsive and organised, and the two engineers (Jason & James) who’ve done work on my boiler have been stellar.

The builders and plumbers worked tirelessly throughout the week they were with us. They were very respectful and polite and the quality of the work has been great. We are very pleased with the outcome.

The engineer was promt and on time identified himself before he entered the house and he explained how the service went and explained how payment could be made and how my invoice would be received
