Shocking quality, cant even get simple things right.

Do not order the online meal kit from this company. They will take your money and not deliver the items and then it is impossible to get in touch with anyone to rectify the problem. Robbery and reported to trading standards

NEVER AGAIN ! I have been a few times to the City branch, and it is ok, I tried the Cannon Street branch and my experience was horrible.
At the counter they displayed leftovers of pasta with dried sauce so I was going to leave, but they told me to wait for the "fresh pasta". What they did while I wasn't watching was re-heat the leftovers and added some warm bolognese sauce. The result was disgusting, chewy and gluey pasta.

They also asked me to pay for the extra cheese that I have requested, the cheese they provided was not sufficient. The pasta is already very expensive and they dare asking to pay for a small portion of cheese.

Very poor quality of food and service. Never again.

I ordered pasta from the Scarpetta at Home range on Monday 5th May. I received an email confirming my order and the payment was taken from my bank account. To date I have not received my order. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions all 3 emails bouncing back undelivered. I tried 2 different telephone numbers both of who were unrecognised. I tried contacting them via Facebook messenger and although I got an initial response once I had sent confirmation of my order I have heard nothing. I eventually called the number which showed next to the transaction in my banking app and spoke to someone who I thought might help. I believe he was the manager of the Scarpetta Bishopgate restaurant in London. I emailed the details of my order to him. He called back disputing the prices on my receipt and saying they only used Deliveroo and Just Eat to deliver their food. I explained that this was a Pasta at Home order and he told me that they had stopped doing the At Home pasta a couple of months ago and that there must be a problem on the website. I am still waiting for someone to resolve my issue and refund my £36. Contacted my bank this morning so hopefully they can resolve this issue

I was given a £50 voucher. It doesn't work, they seem to have taken the money and then decided to stop offering the meal kits. They have no email address or other way to contact. Seems like they did this to someone else too.

My pasta delivery never arrived.
Despite receiving an email from Scarpetta, advising that it was "on the way", yesterday, we still have not received the delivery.
I tried to contact Scarpetta via email and Instagram to ascertain exactly what was happening. The emails could not be delivered and there was no reply via Instagram.
The company does not provide a contact number for enquiries so customers are unprotected in the event of delivery failures.
In summary - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The best food around, the service is fantastic highly recommended will ge returning soon.

The freshest pasta, great prices and wonderful service, I've been there so many times with the family and we've ordered in sometimes too. Can't get enough of them! The Burrata Arrabiata is our favourite

I was just writing a negative review for another company and realised I should write about the good companies too!

I order from Scarpetta regularly, always delicious and easy to prepare, always arrives without any issue. Any minor issues I have had (e.g. something bursting in transit - which has seldom happened) have been dealt with quickly, kindly, and professionally with refunds issues.

Very happy with them. Delicious food and highly recommend :)

Have ordered before and the food is lovely - when it arrives. Never had problems before but placed a new order and nothing has arrived. Contacted them but no response to any emails or messages. It is now two weeks after I placed the order and no contact from them. This is sufficient time to communicate any problems or return my money. Avoid.

Food is yummy but service aint up to scratch sorry

Do not use if celiac!

Ordered a gluten free gnocchi meal for our valentines weekend, automatically checked the ingredients as my partner is celiac even though I had already done this online and the recipe clearly states gluten free in the title - unfortunately the meal still contained wheat, breadcrumbs to be exact.
Thankfully we checked as anyone else who suffers from the disease will know this would of not only ruined the weekend but has long lasting, damaging effects on his overall health.
I emailed the company explaining the issue but have had no response so sadly no choice but to leave a review to help warn others.

Prices were good, especially for the quality of food. Can’t fault the service - staff were efficient and approachable.

Best pasta I have ever eaten in London. It is so convenient you can have it delivered home for a quick and delicious meal 😋 great quality and real Italian experience. Highly recommended to everyone who's looking for tasty and extraordinary food!

Appalling.

I placed an order a week ago. It has not arrived. Very disappointed - it was a present and we'd ordered for a special occasion. Service from the team suggests they simply do not care.

I have just been to the CW branch. The service was awful! It was busy but a few times we asked the waitress for a menu and she got side tracked and quite frankly seemed to be taking her time with everything.

We ordered drinks, they got the order wrong and it was one of the worst drinks I have ever had, they did on request cut the price of that is half with no argument. I asked for tap water and needed to wait for 20 mins

The food was also substandard, the pasta I had went cold quickly and tasted like rubber.

It’s such a shame as it was nice to be out after what seems like a long detention, but the service and food was so bad I could not wait to get back home again!
