SW problems created by Scandlines becomes the customers to pay for!!!
Travling several times annualy with Scandlines from Germany to Sweden, i suddenly had a new experience. When i arrived in Helsingör to take their boat to Helnsigör, my prepaid ticket wasn't accepted by the automate (which was always the case all years before) and i had to pay about 70 euro for a trip that i already had bought a ticket for (for a total of 470 euro since it was their VIP Flex ticket). On the way back the same thing happend and then i learned that they had a SW problem which only made it possible to check in manually. When i afterwards called their customer service for a refund they said that this was not possible based on their policy....I wonder what policy...Scandlines making the misstakes and the customers having to pay for it. Unacceptable!!!
