❌BEWARE!❌ They don't refund the money even if they received the returns!!
STILL NO REFUND — packages confirmed received on April 14th
I exercised my legal right of withdrawal in March. I sent the return packages back. DAO (the shipping carrier) has officially confirmed in writing that both parcels were received and returned to this company on April 14th.
It is now May. I have not received a single kr back.
I have sent over 10 emails. I filled out their return form twice. Their refund portal has been stuck on "pending approval" since March 16th. The only reply I ever got was a request for a product photo.
This is not a mistake. This is a deliberate refusal to honor EU consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Directive, a refund must be issued within 14 days of withdrawal. They are weeks — now months — past that deadline.
Orders #63858 and #63859. Total: over 1,800 DKK. Packages confirmed delivered back to them. Zero refund.
I am now filing a formal complaint with Forbrugerrådet Tænk and initiating a chargeback with my bank. I am also reporting this to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.
Do not buy from this company. If you ever need to return anything, they will simply ignore you until you give up. I won't.
