Great experience overall

Great experience overall. Even though it took a few days for them to start processing my order, they politely informed that it would take them a few days to restock the large amount of a single product I ordered. From there on nothing but fast replies and good communication. They even met my tight deadline.

Refusing refund for canceled order

I've used this site many times for shipping to the US. This time around it's been a mess. I made a large order ($200+) and after 10 days and no tracking or confirmation of shipping I reached out and they said there was issue because of a tax thing. They had me redo order via a link they shared. It said a credit could be used for the re-order. New cost was approx. $180. After 8 days and AGAIN no information or refund of remaining amount I contacted them and this time it was an issue with shipping internationally due to tariffs etc. Which I totally get. and they canceled the order.

It's now been 2 weeks since last communication and I have not received any refund and I've continued reaching out with no luck.

As someone who has used this company many times, I'm annoyed but fine with them not being able to ship as that is not their fault but I have had to be the one reaching out every time to figure out what's going on and their silence on refund is appalling.

Avoid this website

i placed an order on the website and a product never got delivered. I have been following with the company and no response at all. Avoid this website. It seems like a scam website

UK customers avoid

UK customers avoid.

Poor customer support, no parcel tracking and no one to help I ordered goods and paid £17 for shipping alone, for 4 bags of sweets to ensure I had them on time. I had to down load an app from another company, Shop, that wants to pull data from my google account. I did all of that and there isnt anywhere that tracks delivery. I
have deleted the app and had to change my Google password. I contacted their infor email adress and got an AI response with russian text in the sublect that went to my spam

The company website now says the store is closed. And no one is around to help until January 7th. 3 weeks!

When I log in to my account there isn't anywhere I can cancel the order.

I emailed to say please explain shipping date or cancel my order, I have just recieved and email to say the order has been cancelled, and the money has not yet been refunded. What was the point of all of that.

Great customer service

Shipping took a while. They do have a note in the website stating that orders with baked goods are sent the following monday, but I didn't see it when I ordered. I reached out and they responded within minutes! They were very helpful. The order arrived within 4 days of being shipped. Packaging was good too! Everything was in great condition!

Not reliable at all

I placed an order Nov 30th, 2023. Received order confimation email stating they would notify when order had been shipped. After one week, no updates of any kind. I sent a polite email asking about status Dec 7th 10:18AM including this: "If you are unable to fulfill my order, please let me know NOW so that I can make other arrangements." No reply except blank email. I sent another email to info@ as a follow up: "I received a blank reply 4:03 am today est. It had Russian letters in front of date and time stamp. If I do not hear back from you in the next 24 hours with a proper reply and below info, I will cancel payment/dispute the charge via American Express. [Please send:]:
-explanation when my order shipped
-shipping company name
-tracking number"
Received order cancelled email 13min later same day Dec 8th at 10:31AM.

Went back to website Dec 11 to see if they still had inventory. They show in stock for several items and had posted a banner on top of the .us site stating "Thanks For Visiting Us! Unfortunately, We Are On Winter Vacation and Won't Be Dispatching any Products Between December 10th 2023 and January 10th 2024."

Poor experience with Scandinavian Goods.us

I have ordered from Scandinavian Goods before with good results. So, when I received an email from them this season, I placed an order. After nearly two weeks with no contact from them, I emailed, still no response. Then I got an email from TrustedSite about the service. Eventually Scandinavian Goods both .us and .fi responded. They wouldn't send anything to me until I could prove my shipping address. Despite sending 3 proofs of address using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, they wouldn't ship and cancelled my order. Fortunately, they did refund my money. Sadly, I will never buy from them again and cannot recommend them.
