The brand that saved my hair

Genuinely saved my hair and I mean that. My hair was falling out extremely, it was thinning even though I’ve always had thick hair and I decided to research a scientific based brand that would really save me and this one did. I have since subscribed for recurring orders as I am certain I will be using the shampoo, conditioner and hair oil for a long time. My hair now a couple moths down feels the healthiest it’s been.
Not to mention the customer service of the company is immaculate, I have had contact with Louie F, Jenny, Oktay Atici. Thank you guys!

Doesn’t help at all

Doesn’t help at all, tried it according to instructions together with their shampoo and conditioner for over 6 months. I continue to get thinner and less hair anyway.

Not received second order for over a month

First delivery arrived ok. Second delivery was showing as despatched on time however DPD never received it. I raised this with the Scandinavianbiolabs and they said would despatch another one. This don’t arrive and when contacted them they said was out of stock and would receive shortly. Again a week later hadn’t received so contacted them told same story again was out of stock. Have now emailed to get a refund as next order is due to despatched shortly and still awaiting the previous one. No idea if product works but as a brand they’re poor.

Customer Service Review

I made an order for a product that had been removed from the packet before arriving. I contacted the customer service team and got a reply with 20 minutes advising me what to do. Within 1 week I have a replacement for my order free of charge, great customer service - 5 stars.

Been using all the products for over a year now .Happy customer !. Wish I had started sooner . Shampoo/conditioner/serum are excellent. The hair roller is definitely beneficial and the new temples roller is a clever tool, and lastly the vitamins give you that extra boost ( forgot to mention I also like the hair gel on a windy day .

Good customer service

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Scandinavian Biolabs.
I was charged £160.35 for my order, but after returning the product (which cost me over £6 in signed delivery), I only received £151.51 as a refund.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the difference was due to currency exchange, as the payment was processed in euros (€180). However, this was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and as a result I’ve lost money through no fault of my own.
In total, I am over £14 out of pocket for a product I no longer have.
While I understand exchange rates can fluctuate, customers should be properly informed before purchasing. The lack of transparency and the fact that return shipping is also at the customer’s expense makes this a very frustrating experience.
I would advise others to be cautious when ordering, as you may not receive back the full amount you paid.

To clarify the currency difference: as noted during checkout and in our confirmations, our transactions are processed in EUR. When a refund is issued, we return the full EUR amount originally received. The discrepancy you see in GBP is due to the bank's currency conversion rates and processing fees, which are controlled by the financial institutions rather than our company. We don’t retain these funds; they are kept by the payment networks.

Regarding the subscription itself, our records show this order was placed through a subscription managed by another individual that you know, using your payment method. We send multiple notifications—including a "Welcome" guide and pre-alert emails 5 days before any charge—to the account holder to allow for modifications or cancellations.

Because we aim for the fastest possible shipping, the window to stop an order once it is triggered is very small. However, we always honor the 14-day return window for the products themselves.

We value your feedback on transparency and will share your voice internally to see how we can improve our communication. If there is anything further we can do to assist you or the account holder, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Excellent customer service

I ordered by mistake and emailed to cancel. I had also accidentally subscribed. I got a prompt reply and the subscription was cancelled. I was offered a choice between returning the order to Denmark or keeping the product with 50% refund.
The service was very courteous and prompt. I would be happy to order from them in future.

The product seems good, however it couldn't do miracle since there is no DHT blocker.

My orde was delayed due to an Issue at DHL. Thankfully Scandinavian Biolabs responded well and reissued my order. Now I just hope they will refund my initial order accordingly! So once I receive my new order and refund I will rate this experience 5 stars!
