Genuinely saved my hair and I mean that. My hair was falling out extremely, it was thinning even though I’ve always had thick hair and I decided to research a scientific based brand that would really save me and this one did. I have since subscribed for recurring orders as I am certain I will be using the shampoo, conditioner and hair oil for a long time. My hair now a couple moths down feels the healthiest it’s been.
Not to mention the customer service of the company is immaculate, I have had contact with Louie F, Jenny, Oktay Atici. Thank you guys!

Doesn’t help at all, tried it according to instructions together with their shampoo and conditioner for over 6 months. I continue to get thinner and less hair anyway.

First delivery arrived ok. Second delivery was showing as despatched on time however DPD never received it. I raised this with the Scandinavianbiolabs and they said would despatch another one. This don’t arrive and when contacted them they said was out of stock and would receive shortly. Again a week later hadn’t received so contacted them told same story again was out of stock. Have now emailed to get a refund as next order is due to despatched shortly and still awaiting the previous one. No idea if product works but as a brand they’re poor.

I made an order for a product that had been removed from the packet before arriving. I contacted the customer service team and got a reply with 20 minutes advising me what to do. Within 1 week I have a replacement for my order free of charge, great customer service - 5 stars.

I've had leaky serum bottles from 2 of my orders but they always help with refund or replacement. First time I was sent another bottle of serum, this time they made me a 30% refund (price of 1 bottle). They also respond very quickly and always ask if their idea of replacement suits with me. I had a very disappointing experience with Scandinavian Biolabs.
I was charged £160.35 for my order, but after returning the product (which cost me over £6 in signed delivery), I only received £151.51 as a refund.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the difference was due to currency exchange, as the payment was processed in euros (€180). However, this was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and as a result I’ve lost money through no fault of my own.
In total, I am over £14 out of pocket for a product I no longer have.
While I understand exchange rates can fluctuate, customers should be properly informed before purchasing. The lack of transparency and the fact that return shipping is also at the customer’s expense makes this a very frustrating experience.
I would advise others to be cautious when ordering, as you may not receive back the full amount you paid.

I ordered by mistake and emailed to cancel. I had also accidentally subscribed. I got a prompt reply and the subscription was cancelled. I was offered a choice between returning the order to Denmark or keeping the product with 50% refund.
The service was very courteous and prompt. I would be happy to order from them in future.

The product seems good, however it couldn't do miracle since there is no DHT blocker.

My orde was delayed due to an Issue at DHL. Thankfully Scandinavian Biolabs responded well and reissued my order. Now I just hope they will refund my initial order accordingly! So once I receive my new order and refund I will rate this experience 5 stars!
