Ordered chair on December 12, got confirmation with info that eta is unknown, because they need to request it straight from manufacturer. Later i asked few times about eta.. silence. I asked if i can cancel order. Silence. December 28 got message that chair ordered and will be delivered after 10 days (message in french.. thanks god for google translate ). Asked about updates couple times.. silence again. Worse experience buying online ever!

I've made several orders with them. Communication by email has been easy. Orders arrived relatively quickly with DB Schenker or by other means. The prices are better than most places. Had a problem with one of my orders, they solved it promptly.

I placed an order for 4 Vitra chairs and some basic white String shelving. When I placed and paid for the order in January, there was NO indication that items were not in stock. I contacted them 3 weeks after placing my order to find out the status. Then today I received a message that my order would be "further delayed." This is unacceptable and I am demanding a refund. I have received NO items and do not want to deal with a company that does not, up front acknowledge that items are not in stock.

Awfully long delivery times and did not perform promised partial delivery.

Ordered a couple items from Vitra. During ordering/check-out there were no mentions of that they do not actually have the items they are selling and they basically order items they “sell” when a customer makes an order through them. I could myself have ordered these items directly from Vitra.

Was promised to have a partial delivery but they have not kept the promise - one item has been in their hands already for a week, but no response when I inquired about the promised partial delivery.

I would not recommend Scandinavia Design. I just had a very bad customer experience. Made an order in november, paid 400 Euros front, was told afterward I would only be delivered in 10 weeks, had to write a few times to have the date of delivery, wad given another 3 weeks delay and now I have been told they had to cancel due to brexit Issues. No Call just a random email... this is appealing customer service I'm sorry to say. I lost a lot of time dealing and waiting for this.

Order made mid-February. It is end of May, and I have still not received my order. Got an email the day following my order mentioning a foreseen delay of +/- 3 weeks. Early April, no news. After many emails and phone calls, I got an answer apologizing for the delay and indicating an expected delivery early May. End of May, I have still not received my order and even worse no response to my many emails. Incredibly appalling!

They firstly send it with the color wrong, by la poste that wasnt able to bring them home.. I need to be write to them because they havent even written to me to tell me the status.. very dissapointed
