Friendly and professional
I'm a typical victim of a scam, everything looked perfect in the beginning and then my broker just disappeared, no phone number on a website, no answer to the emails...
I said good bye to my money, had no idea what I can do in this case.
I saw Scam Help's ads, Brian explained me my rights (the problem is that we all don't know that we actually have them!) and I went with a service.
