This company has caused me so much stress and upset which made me burst into tears. Been trying to get arefund since may 30th. Customer service via email simply replies from a script. Chasing you during the day with phone calls while l'm at work, trying to get you totrade. I know nothing about trading. I didn't know where mymoney was going either. Lied aboutno refund allowed because I didn't exchange enough, then forced to trade, lost halfmy money, only to have my original refund approved, but it was too late because now not the same amount.
