Took some time, but worth it

I won’t say it was smooth from the first day. There was a bit of a learning phase where I had to understand how everything fits together. After that, it started to feel much more natural to use. Now that I’m more familiar with it, I actually find it easier than my previous setup. Just something to keep in mind if you’re starting fresh.

Mixed experience overall

There are parts of the platform that I actually like, especially the idea of keeping everything in one place. However, the experience wasn’t very smooth for me at the start. I had to redo parts of the setup more than once, and it wasn’t always obvious what went wrong. It’s not that the tool doesn’t work, it does, but getting there took more effort than expected. I think with better onboarding it could feel much easier.

I think this is one of those tools…

I think this is one of those tools where expectations matter. If you expect something plug-and-play, it might feel frustrating. If you’re okay spending time understanding how it works, it starts to feel more useful.

Still early but improving

I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks, so this is more of an early impression. At first it felt slightly confusing, especially trying to understand the workflow. After a few tries and running a small campaign, things started to feel more structured. It’s not something that clicks instantly, but I can see how it could become useful over time. For now, I’d say it’s okay, just requires some patience.
