ScaleSmiths is a founder-led digital growth and engineering company based in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, working with businesses across the UK. We help businesses identify what is holding their growth or operations back, then build the right digital solution around that problem. Depending on the business, that might mean a new website, a complete website rebuild, better SEO and local search visibility, e-commerce, automation, CRM systems, client portals, internal business software or more complex custom platforms. Our approach is simple: find the constraint, engineer the solution, prove the impact and keep improving. We work with local and growing businesses as well as organisations with more complex technical requirements. Every project is scoped around the actual commercial or operational problem rather than forcing clients into a fixed package. ScaleSmiths is run directly by its founders, Rhys and Trev. Clients deal with the people responsible for the work rather than being passed between sales teams, account managers and outsourced developers. Rhys leads technical architecture, development, infrastructure, automation and SEO, while Trev leads client relationships, commercial strategy and project communication. Our services include website design and development, website redesigns, technical and local SEO, e-commerce development, custom web applications, business automation, CRM and internal systems, managed business email, digital growth strategy and ongoing Growth Partnerships. We believe in being transparent about what we build and what results can genuinely be attributed to our work. Our website includes detailed case studies, technical breakdowns and real project evidence rather than invented testimonials or unsupported performance claims. ScaleSmiths — Forge Your Digital Edge.

Brilliant service from start to finish

I've had ScaleSmiths build a new website for my plastering and rendering business, Precision Finish, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Rhys and Trev have been brilliant throughout. They listened to what I wanted, came up with some great ideas and made the whole process really easy for me. I'm not the best with technology, but they explained everything in a way I could understand and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The website looks fantastic, really professional, and much better than I could have imagined. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and want to see your business succeed.

Really pleased with everything they've done for me and would happily recommend ScaleSmiths to anyone looking for a website or help growing their business.

Thanks again lads, top job!

Brilliant team to work with

I’ve been working with Trev and the team at ScaleSmiths on my Foot Works Podiatry website over the last number of months, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve made.

It’s still very much a work in progress, but we’ve achieved so much more in the last few months than I have with any of the other companies I’ve used in the past. Trev has been the main person I’ve worked with throughout, and he has really taken the time to understand my business, what I want to achieve and how I want Foot Works Podiatry to be represented online.

I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Rhys along the way, and it’s been great having the wider team there when needed.

What I’ve appreciated most is that things actually get done. There’s been lots of communication, ideas, changes and improvements, and I can genuinely see the difference in the website and our overall online presence.

There’s still more to do, but I’m really excited about where we’re heading. For the first time, I feel like I have a team who actually understand my business and are invested in helping me build something that works, rather than just creating a website and leaving it at that.

Trev has been fantastic to work with, and I’d have no hesitation recommending ScaleSmiths to other business owners.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review, Sarah.

It genuinely means a lot to both of us to hear this, especially knowing the experiences you’ve had with other companies in the past.

From the beginning, the goal with Foot Works Podiatry has been to properly understand the business, where you want to take it and then build around that, not simply deliver a website and disappear.

Trev has loved working closely with you on the project, and it’s been brilliant seeing how much progress has been made already. There’s still plenty we want to keep improving, but we’re really excited about where Foot Works is heading and what we can build together over the coming months.

Thank you for trusting ScaleSmiths with your business, and for recommending us. We really appreciate it.
