Horrible reply times when wanting a replacement
Had my secret lair card delivery stolen from my porch while I was at work. The initial ticket I made to get a replacement was over in 15 minutes then I was shifted to the scalefast team over the normal WotC team. 2 weeks of silence and watching prices from third parties who got their cards drop. I was told there would be a slight delay in responding, not 2 weeks and counting. As the cards were a gift, I grew tired of waiting and just bought the cards again from another seller who had recieved their order and contacted scalefast/WotC for a refund instead. After two weeks on silence my request for a refund was answered in under an hour. It feels redundant to even offer a replacement when no communication is given and then a rapid response is given the second I grew tired of waiting to get the cards replaced by the official people and wanted a refund
