Horrible reply times when wanting a replacement

Had my secret lair card delivery stolen from my porch while I was at work. The initial ticket I made to get a replacement was over in 15 minutes then I was shifted to the scalefast team over the normal WotC team. 2 weeks of silence and watching prices from third parties who got their cards drop. I was told there would be a slight delay in responding, not 2 weeks and counting. As the cards were a gift, I grew tired of waiting and just bought the cards again from another seller who had recieved their order and contacted scalefast/WotC for a refund instead. After two weeks on silence my request for a refund was answered in under an hour. It feels redundant to even offer a replacement when no communication is given and then a rapid response is given the second I grew tired of waiting to get the cards replaced by the official people and wanted a refund

Scalefast and Wizards of the Coast

I placed an order for a product from Scalefast's client Wizards of the Coast, and only a small portion of it arrived. I have been bounced around so many times by staff who have too much on their plate. I was initially told that they did not know if a refund was even possible, and upon telling them that I would just charge back through my bank I was finally given an email stating that I would see a refund within 7 business days. That was weeks ago and I still have seen no refund. Original support ticket date 10/22/22

Scalefast seems to neither scale well nor quickly. Should you be in a position to hire scalefast, I suggest you see all available options before making this decision. The customer base seems frustrated with the treatment from their support.

Responsive, but overwhelmed support staff

Unwillingness to promptly investigate shipping issues

Despite refund confirmation, inability to supply the funds or information in a timely manner

Unresponsive, Never Sent Item!

This is the company that processes merchandise orders for Square Enix. I ordered a $110 USD order from them which said it had 4-day shipping as a birthday gift. It's almost a year later and they never shipped the item, in addition they don't respond to messages. Had to open a PayPal dispute and I am in the process of getting my money back. Bad business. Avoid at all costs.

Edit--they are asking me to contact their customer service HERE but I tried that first and got no response. Had to file a PayPal dispute, which they didn't respond to either.
