Scalapay is an innovative payment service allowing consumers to pay for their purchases in 3 instalments, without interests: the first at the time of ordering, the second after one month and the third after two months.
Scalapay is available on more than 3,000 brand partner websites and in more than 4,000 physical shops. Its partners include names such as Kiko, Twinset, Douglas, Shein, Alpitour and Stroili, as well as fashion, beauty, home and travel companies in 9 countries (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Finland).
How does it work?
Online, the customer can select the payment option at the time of purchase, register and proceed to enter their credit, debit or prepaid card details. The balance will automatically be divided into three instalments, the first immediately, the second and third one month apart. Choosing to pay through Scalapay has no cost, in terms of interest or commission, for the end customer.
In-store, the customer registers on the Scalapay website, selects the retailer where they want to buy and how much they want to spend. The Scalapay system generates a barcode which, when presented at the checkout, will be scanned to complete the transaction.

Scalapay made a mistake with my…
Scalapay made a mistake with my payments. Before, my payments were divided into smaller installments, but this time they took a much larger amount from my account at once. The amount they charged does not match the value of my order. This has caused me financial stress and I am very disappointed. I expect Scalapay to investigate this error and refund the money they charged incorrectly. I hope they improve their payment system so this does not happen to other customers.

Another Scam Payment and No order
Good Morning,
This is the third time, I tried to do a payment in Temu and it didn't work, the transaction was sent to Scala pay and out of my bank but the order in 3 payments never, passed I need the refund, the amount is 55,66€ so I can reorder again, please, don't scam me.
There's no order approved in Temu, nor in Scala pay, please help, I already send a message on support.
And please fix this bug, it's getting really annoying to lose money and not get the product.
