Excellent service and great overall experience
I had a really positive experience with Scalacube from start to finish. The setup process was straightforward and easy to follow, even without much technical knowledge. Everything worked smoothly, and performance has been reliable with no major issues so far.
What stood out the most was the user-friendly interface and the flexibility they offer. It’s clear that they’ve designed their platform with both beginners and more experienced users in mind. On top of that, their pricing feels fair for the value you get.
Customer support has also been helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Scalacube to anyone looking for a dependable and easy-to-use hosting service.

Dreadfull experience
I rented a 3gb server for me and my friends to play on. We kept getting internal errors. getsock ect.. I opened a support ticket and it took over 24 hours to even get a reply (not a resolution) Basically over the course of a month i have upgraded the server multiple times as there website stated we didnt have the resources for what we were trying to do. Then the server kept shutting down every hour, which then lead to another support ticket. In which ticket they decided to state and i quote "We've set up another server with the same configuration for you to try for 7 days at no charge. If this fixes the problem let us know and we will disable the old server and you can continue using the new server on the same subscription plan. Please make sure to transfer any files to the new server before we disable the old server.". Which then lead to me trying that. The problem is i cannot as the server kept shutting down every hour. so at this point i issued for a refund which they denied... The quality of customer support is dreadfull. 7 tickets i have had opened over the course of a month all related to server sided issues. Do not go with this provider if you seek reliablity and ease of use !
