I got to experience Scalable Path team during covid when I was desperate for some work so that I could pay for my rent. Veronica and Damien managed to find a wonderful US based company back then. I had such a great experience and still recommend them for anyone looking for a software engineering role.

I have worked for Scalable Path as a developer in 3 different projects over the past few years. Without exception, my experience has been great: the team is friendly, professional and helpful, their projects have been interesting and challenging, hourly rates are good and payments are on time.

Scalable Path reached out in February of 2022 about a Product Management opportunity with a fintech start-up. At the time, I was unfamiliar with both Scalable Path and the client company. From the beginning, the experience with Scalable Path was different. The initial interview covered detailed information about the role and the client, while probing my career background, strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. The recruiter setup subsequent interviews with the client very quickly and made sure to follow up after each. After I accepted the offer, Scalable Path managed the remaining details in an efficient fashion. The processes to upload timesheets and receive payment were simple. When things went off-process, Scalable Path was timely and direct with communication.

Scalable Path is an amazing place to work, not only because the projects you work are really interesting but also the people working behind are great.
If you face any issues working while working on a project, they are going to be there for you on Slack and get back to you as soon as they can, and in most scenarios it happens really quickly. This is great from the contractor side, because they really care about the people they work with, and you are not thrown alone into a project and then left completely on your own.
And when the project you were assigned ends, they will try to allocate you as soon as they can on new projects, so, as long as you work hard, be nice and honest, you will be able to have a really long and lasting working relationship on the Scalable Path network.
Also, payments are always on time, so you won´t have to worry about that at all.
