I had a great experience with SB Tools…

I had a great experience with SB Tools after my Marshalltown trowel incurred a crack down the centre of the blade. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and genuinely focused on resolving the issue quickly. As soon as I contacted them, Steve got back to me and acknowledged the trowel shouldn’t have broken like this and arranged a replacement without any hassle. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with such professionalism and care. I’d definitely recommend SB Tools to any of my friends in the trade and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
