Ordered floor to ceiling ball 3 weeks ago, still haven't received it, poor communication has made things worse.
Either they didn't have it in stock when I paid but hadn't updated their stock list or they knew they didn't have one but took the money anyway hoping they could get more.
Very unprofessional.
