Scam of the highest order
I have been charged close to £15 extra on my Three contract very month for the last 3 months. I noticed it late due to my direct debit arrangement for mobile phone bills. When I called in Three customer service informed me that this is something they cant help as it is a third party service. I contacted SB7 on the number provided by Three and they informed me that I am subscribed to their Stripey offers which I have no idea how. This is an absolute scam where they make you enter your number online and charge you regularly for this. I can't understand how they can do this in a regulated market like UK. The company has worse ethics than the 'Nigerian prince' sending emails to everyone offering millions.

Scammers! Report!!
I'm with Three and realised that my bills have increased by £20 a month, I couldn't log in to check my bills so I didn't know what I was being charged for. Eventually I managed to log in and realised I have been charged £1.25 every 2 days by SB 7 Mobile, also operating as Dynamic Mobile and Stripey..etc, phone number that apparently sent messages to me is 88222. I never signed up to any of these scammers, I never used their services. More on the 24th September I received a suspicious text with a pin to sign up or ignore if "this wasn't you" message that was said "free message ". I ignored. On the 27th September I received another similar message and I ignored, blocked and reported as scam. Never received any more messages from them. My shock to realise they have been charging me£1.25 every 2 days for messages that I never even received, nevermind using their "services ". I must have contacted Three 20 times!!! Absolutely useless. How can Three allow their customers to be scammed this way is uncomprehensible. Three took unauthorised money from my account to pay these scammers, what is the evidence that was given to Three to show that I actually used these scammers services??? I can prove that I didn't. Funny that I received a call from an American woman saying good news we offer you a full refund and sent me text with a link. If you open the link they ask your sort code and account number and other personal details!!!!! Scumbags!!!! Report report and report. Mobile providers in my opinion are responsible for allowing these scammers to steal their customers.
First thing to do is text STOP to 88222, cost 12 pence. Notify your bank and stop payments. Contact phone provider and request evidence of any subscription in written.
Debit card cancelled, and I contacted every authority that I can think can deal with these bast***s
UPDATE
Following the response from the scammers here..
I never signed up to anything with you or any of your other 8 or 9 scam companies under which you operate to scam people, and you certainly can not prove that I did so. You'll not get my bank account details nor any of my personal ones, I don't know how you got my phone number or who sold it to you but you are reported to every organisation that can deal with you, scammers!!!

There was no office "no star" rating so to be able to warn others I had to give them one star. I have had a subscription service paid weekl of AUD9.99 via my PayPal be paid to them. Luckily I noticed after two payments and could cancel it. I have contacted the company as I have no information whatsoever as to what was purchased without my consent. I have therefore passed it on to PayPal to rectify. Extremely upset that this has been done but grateful it 2wasn't a huge amount (and I'm a pensioner).

Scam?
Have received 4 emails today, all sent at the same time stating they have received £1.50 for their service (???) and they will
Charge £4.50 a week. Never heard of them. Now need to go through credit/debit cards and banks to find out where/how it was taken and stop further withdrawals.

I was on holiday in Edinburgh & needed info for a tour bus. Was at the bus stop & saw an advert for Bright Bus Tours which had a QR code. I scanned it & was asked to sign up not realising that in fact I had signed up to a service called alerts4u which immediately sent some text messages & charged £4.50 to my phone account. Alerts4u can somehow piggyback other companies QR codes. This is theft & should be illegal. So beware if using QR codes

SB7 Mobile Ltd.
Piggybacking on trusted companies these people by stealth ripped me off over£60 and I only found out because I was led to believe it was O2 and it wasn't. Will contact these people if I can and depending on outcome will contact rip off Britain @ Salford, then offcom. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask and faced his victims not like these people who don't care who they steal off including already struggling pensioners like myself.

An update on my review 3 days ago. Have now reported them to Action Fraud. It was a bit of a hassle but I persisted because something needs to be done. The more of us who report this to Action Fraud the better.
We shall see what happens.

Thought I was signing onto STV Player by QR Code and never noticed it was this crew till it was too late. Sent STOP texts to the two numbers provided. Contacted my phone provider and they will block premier texts and reduced my buffer to zero..but not for another 11 days!!. Go figure. I better not get charged in that time as I've done everything but phone the company. Not phoning as no doubt it will be more money!!
SCAM
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!
How are they still able to operate? Go back to your phone provider and demand a refund because you haven't authorised this. We have tried to leave 3 times and have still been charged.
If your phone provider doesn't do this, tell them that you are leaving and do so (no idle threats).
Make sure you have evidence about requests to STOP.
Phone providers in turn need to put pressure on the powers that be to put a stop to this.
The UK Office for Fair Trading supports scammers
These scammers exist because of our useless Office of Fair Trading, which does absolutely nothing to prevent fraud. This particular lot have a mailing address at 2, Manor Farm, Old Wolverton in Milton Keynes, which is shared by 52 other "companies." It is privately owned with no share capital. They manage to infiltrate legitimate websites, such as TrainLine, offering what seems to be the cheapest rate for that particular day. Within seconds, £4.50 has been charged to your mobile phone - with much more to come if you do not stop it immediately. The owner is laughing all the way to the bank. There is little or nothing we can do but warn others through Trust Pilot and other websites. Perhaps a proper investigator can locate the owner at some point.
