Seriously disappointed with the entire experience. Bought shoes for my daughter for Christmas. She did not like them. I assumed a return would be as easy as with other companies. Wrong! First, Saye charged £16 pounds for the return!!! (The shoes were only £50 to start with.) The process was cumbersome including filling out a customs declaration and the instructions given inaccurate. Waste of both time and money. Luckily there are any number of other companies offering good quality vegan trainers as I wont be using Saye again.

I purchased the White M89 Icon model, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable for the price.
The customer service is appalling—unresponsive, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time.
Save yourself the frustration and AVOID this brand entirely.

This is my first pair and I love them!
Very comfortable and great retro styling.
These shoes are so cute and comfortable and the fact that they are fully vegan makes it so much more amazing!
Love that Saye is a 100% vegan company. The shoes look awesome.
I love the idea of a „conscious“ choice in an essential, everyday fashion item like a sneaker because although I need it I still want to feel good about it. To know that Saye uses mostly recycled materials to produce their shoes and they still look and feel great while not costing a fortune makes their products an obvious choice for me.
This is my third pair of M89 Icons, I love them and get a lot of praise for them.
The only less optimal part is that almost every day use tends to show quickly, especially around the heel part. I try to use a shoehorn as often as possible but that area will eventually become apart and disintegrate further down the line.
A company that (rightly) praises itself on being keen on sustainability would gain a lot of respect in their already conscious customer base if they actively tried to make their product more durable so it can be worn for longer. I do understand that recycled materials, especially plastic compounds, can lose their original durability if re-processed. Still that could be an area where further R&D would benefit.
Another thing: if you tend to get sweaty feet, that can be an issue if worn and walked in for many hours. But we’re talking about sneakers here:)
Overall I can recommend this shoe wholeheartedly!
Beautiful trainers, great design and ethical in every way. Very happy with my purchase, thank you!
Have bought a number of trainers from Saye and they are consistently easy to deal with and reliable in their delivery. The trainers are comfortable and wear really well 😊
Fast delivery
The shoes looks exactly how they are on the website
Great product, I walked 35,000 steps in Japan with it, no problem!
I love the design of the shoes and also the comfort however the first two pairs I had fell apart quite quickly, The padding at the back of the heel comes out just simply because the lining isn't sturdy enough inside, I even tried putting heel guards on to them to prevent any further damage but they where still quite poor in quality there.
The most disappointing thing for me was that recently I ordered a new pair on black friday as a gift, the person has the same size foot as me and I got the 38 however the size was smaller then both the other 38 size Sayes i've ordered in the past.
SAYE is the best! Quality materials, comfortable shoes and super fast delivery. I have purchased SAYE shoes for the last two years and have always been happy with my purchases.
I'm happy to support a fully vegan sneaker company that cares about sustainability and has such cool designs. Shipping was fast and the exchange experience went smoothly. The M92 Bold model looks high quality and sturdy in real life and is very comfortable. My first pair, but definitely not my last!
I would like to give this company even less than 1 star, if possible. Worst customer service I have EVER received! Impossible to contact, and when you need to return shoes, they deduct—literally—half the price of the shoe as the cost of shipping! Beware ordering here, unless you are certain you will keep! It was costing me $34 in shipping costs to return one small pair of tennis shoes. Total ripoff!
