Straightforward, reliable, efficient printing all at a competitive rate. Have used them many times before and not had any problems.

Assuming the order gets delivered, everything is good about the Saxoprint process. Ordering is simple and quick, and the price is extremely reasonable.

I had an issue with a payment for a recent order for my business for roughly £75. Through fault of my own I've managed to pay twice. A quick phone call with support, they have managed to identify the issue and send me a link for the refund. Very professional, brilliant customer service, exactly what was required. They have won my future business.

Ive been placing orders with Saxoprint for years now. The finished prints are always really great quality, the delivery is fast and the price is very good too.

SAXOPRINT offers decent prices and good service overall, but their website sometimes has glitches, especially with formatting small DL folded leaflets. Checking details thoroughly before payment is essential, as job references and addresses can occasionally change. While reliable and efficient most of the time, these issues can make the experience inconsistent.

I had never heard of Saxoprint until 7 x 22.5kg boxes, containing 7000 glossy 25Kv industry conference brochures - in German - arrived via my neighbour, courtesy of DPD.

I contacted the sender (Saxoprint) and advised them of the incorrect delivery. I was asked to send pictures of the consignment/labels etc. After providing further pictures, it transpires that Saxoprint have no idea where these boxes came from; despite the fact they are the consigner.
I have no business with Saxoprint but I now need to deal with disposal of approximately150kg of their waste paper. You can imagine my frustration and the reason for taking more of my time to write this review.

Easy to use website. Clear prices which are better than my previous printers who I thought were a great price and easy ordering and artwork process. So far I can't fault them

I have used Saxoprint over the past few years to print folded leaflets. They have always been quick, reliable and very efficient

Provided Saxoprint with a PDF file. It opens and renders fine in the five different pieces of software I have tried. Saxo's system messed with the file and made the print unusable. They said it was our fault and refused a reprint.

We are a design house, so do this stuff multiple times per day and have in-house print experts. This is the only printer we have ever had issues with.

Been using saxoprint for about 15 years. not made many errors in that time, and they always sort it out if they make a mistake.
