I recently engaged Saxon for a rodent treatment service and could not be more impressed with the results.

* Thorough Follow-up: The team returned for a scheduled 10-day inspection, performing another deep check to ensure the treatment’s success.

Amazing service by the guys at Saxon. Very honest, attentive and just all round brilliant at what they do. I had a rat problem which we discovered on Sunday. Ahmed and Q were down on Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and applied a fix right away. Their service is reassuring as it is impeccable. Will always come to Saxon for any pest issues.

We called Saxon out when cockroaches started coming into our kitchen which became quite distressing. Sonny and his brother visited promptly and were friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything and were very reassuring. Following their treatments over two visits we are now cockroach-free which is a great relief. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Saxon Hamza: We recently had Saxon Pest Management come out to deal with a mouse problem in our house in Barkingside, and I can honestly say they did an amazing job from start to finish. Q and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the whole process. They carried out three visits to make sure the issue was completely resolved, and each time they explained clearly what they were doing and why.

What really stood out to us was their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done properly. They didn’t just put traps down and leave — they inspected the property thoroughly, found entry points, and gave us great advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.

Their pricing was very fair and reasonable for the quality of service we received. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.

I would not use Saxon Pest management again, nor recommend them. They did not stick to their appointments and took my money and I have not heard from them again after the second appointment . 1 star is too generous. Unfortunately, I had to pay for another private pest control company to deal with the issue and I have not ever heard from Saxon pest control why they didn’t keep their appointment, nor answer calls and email .

Started as a good experience, we had a rat in our kitchen and they came and put down traps etc. came back a few times to check them and when it wasn’t catching anything went to last resort of poison (we have a dog so it wasn’t our preferred method). This still didn’t work, but the rat appeared to have gone away anyway. We then wanted to have rat proofing done to ensure they couldn’t come back in again, which was discussed initially at the beginning. We have a baby and it was really important to us to make sure the flat was safe from pests. Not only did they not come back again to do the proofing, they then started to ignore us completely, even when we asked them to come and remove the poison they had laid down. Now from my understanding, they must remove poison because it’s considered hazardous waste and not something that is easy to dispose of. Considering they knew we had both a baby and a dog, to leave poison in our kitchen is both unprofessional and dangerous. Very disappointing experience.

From the moment I got in touch with Sonny, the experience was perfect. They fit me at short notice and the guys that attended were professional, swift and explained everything well.

I called them assuming that i had bed bugs. At first they came and checked , gave me some advice and told me empty all the drawers , told me they were coming in two days time. They came on time today and examined bed and bed base and told me absolutely no evidence of bed bugs. Such honest and trusted company. I would recommend to anyone.

The service we received from saxon has been excellent.The first to sort the pest problem, the next two to check every thing had been successfully eradicated. On the last visit the guy also checked all of the areas where the pest’s could have entered the property and successfully sealed them up.Great job .

I was first skeptical about using saxonpestmangament, however, they have completely changed my views. I've been having trouble with rats in the home and was having trouble with finding the right company. When I first called Saxon, they answered the phone immediately and assured me that they would look into it as soon as they could. They arrived the following day and dealt with the problem effectively and promptly. Not only were they efficient but also respectful in their dealings. I could not recommend Saxon enough. Will definitely be using them again.

I recently used Saxon as they were recommended on a community platform.
Unfortunately my experience with them wasn’t at all great.
Initially they came on the first visits and put poison down as I had rodents in the garden.
They reassured me they would come on the third visit and seal on the entry points
I called them on numerous occasions as the poison was taken but the rodents kept coming back.
They never answered my calls or messages despite them giving me a years guarantee

I am very very happy with the treatment .
We had bed bug and Hamza came to recuse they did 2 treatments and I was told if we still have this problem in few weeks they will come and do 3rd treatment.
Highly recommended.
