I selected the incorrect length band…
I selected the incorrect length band saw blade for my Jet 18" bandsaw. Once I received the order, I reached out to see what my options were with SawBlade. Jake immediately offered a solution that exceeded my expectations since I made the mistake and was very helpful in resolving my mistake. I ordered the wrong size due to 2 possible options on the site's blade wizrd. When the blades arrived, that is when I noticed the mistake. I received what I ordered. I spoke with a customer service manager and he resolved my mistake 100%. I was totally surprised at how fast he was willing to help correct my mistake. I will definitely order from sawblade.com again when the need arises. I am totally satisfied with this experience.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I have a 30 year old Laguna bandsaw that I wanted to upgrade but could not locate a supplier that could provide guides for an old saw. These guys answered my questions quickly and identified the correct guide. Very pleasant experience!

I had a minor issue with my blades. SawBlade immediately sent me a return label and addressed the issue. The blades cut like butter through the oak logs I tested them on. Nicest cuts of any blade I've used. They stand behind their product 100%. I will order again.
