Ordered 2 bedside tables about 3 weeks ago which were over £300 and have not heard anything yet about my expected delivery date? I have email twice and only had 1 automated reply.

We sincerely apologise for this delay. Your order was meant to be fulfilled directly with the manufacturer, but they have only notified us that this item is no longer in stock.
A full refund to your card was authorised and a notification emailed to you. Kindly allow 3-5 days but can take up to 7 days depending on your card provider.

Although I couldn't purchase the light I wanted as I'm in Australia and they didn't send that far. I did have great communication and was given a full refund! Would definitely buy from there if I could and prices were fantastic.

Not a good experience
Difficult to order online. Had to place the order over the phone. It took ages to get a returns label to return the item.

I'm sorry that you are not been happy with your shopping experience with us.
After reviewing your order, I can see that you had reached out to us after closing hours as you were having difficulties placing your order online. We followed up with you the next morning to assist and resolved the issue straight away by taking payment over the phone.
In regards to your return, I can see that you had requested to return your order due to a change of mind, the same day that that the item was delivered. As this was on a Friday, we had replied the next working day (Monday) to confirm the condition of the return. This was then processed, approved and a returns label was sent to you on the Wednesday for collection by the courier that Friday (as per your request).

This frame is a great find!
My boys are enjoying updating the calendar every morning before school. Great for kids fine motor skills as well as learning days of the week, date and months.
