My 17 year old son ordered some stuff from these guys for Christmas from his hard earned money. They have never replied back and disappeared off the face of the earth!
Looks likely have done this to many others!!!

Do not use this company under any circumstances they are THIEFS ,ROBBERS and should be jailed for what they have done to people. Robbing pigs pigs pigs pigs pigs

I ordered a tassimo coffee maker on Black Friday and paid in full , the product didn't arrive when specified, I emailed the company and they assured me due to so many orders there was a back log and would definitely receive it that week , again nothing . I rang customer services , waited 20
Minutes to talk to some one they again assured me I would receive my order .. this was a Christmas present so I needed to know if I had to buy something else in case I didn't get it in time . They again assured me I would receive it before the 23 rd of December. It never arrived . I've tried calling back no one answered and emailed them but have never had a reply .. they took my money and to this day no email phone call letter , refund anything !!!

I ordered a fitbit in December 2016, I was told it would be dispatched between 3rd and 5th of January 2017, And I would receive an email confirming dispatch, I hadn't achieved any information so on the 9th I emailed them, asking when my order would be dispatched, No reply! I have emailed them again today, Can't see me getting a reply!
This company are ripping people off and getting way with it!!

Order and they guarantee delivery but don't deliver...then email to say they have no resources to refund you and you need to complete a chargeback with your own bank. They must have ruined 1000's of people's christmases!!

I have obviously been ripped off. My device is never to use this company. Ordered something at the end of November. The was confirmed and told by email it was waiting to be despatched. Next email claimed difficulties due to Cyber Monday but guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Not arrived phone calls and emails before Christmas have not bee replied to. Scam merchants. Ruined the Christmas.

Ordered PlayStation VR and was assured it would arrive by Christmas. Requested a refund and I was assured money would be reimbursed into my bank within 5 working days. Have now received a further email saying I now need to make a chargeback claim as money isn't being automatically being paid back. The email which confirmed my order has also appeared to have vanished into cyberspace so cannot access my order receipt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... no doubt they have taken money and run, and will be around next year under a new name.

Disgusting company that ruined Christmas for many it seems.
Took my order on the 12th December was told to expect delivery between the 14th - 18th I emailed them on the 19th because it hadn't arrived was told the couriers had changed the dates to the 23rd and assured me it would be here for Christmas that was a lie because I was then emailed on the 21st saying it had just been despatched! It didn't arrive on the 23rd so I rang them it was an automated msg assuring me all deliveries would be received by Christmas. I wasn't assured and rightly so it didn't arrive I rang again and emailed them again on Christmas Eve I received an email on the 27th explaining how to cancel my order and claim a refund from my bank or credit card.
No explanation for the inconvenience caused.

In the first week of December I placed an order. On the 15th I tried to find out where my item was. When calling their number I was told they had an unusually high number of calls and to leave a message and someone would get back to. Since the 15th I have left 25 messages, and I've not heard anything.

Have reported to my bank!!!!!!
