Phenomenal representative and a fantastic worker, I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with a good car insurance rate or just looking for help from a great guy and I appreciate all the help that he provided. James deserves a promotion from how amazing he is with being able to speak so well to customers, was very professional, and beyond friendly at all times. If I could I would give him 100 stars rather than 5, I really do appreciate everything he did to help me.

My agent was incredibly thorough and so nice he was determined to find me something I can afford!!! 100 percent would recommend these guys!

This company called my telephone number 6 times and left messages throughout the day. "Abby", the recording name, asked if I wanted to speak to someone, and I said "Yes". They put me through to a supposed rep for Allstate. I told the person, I did not need any insurance, and then blocked the Savvy number. They continued to call, and I went through the same process and was put in contact with someone with Liberty Mutual. Again, I told them I did not need insurance. Definitely a pain to deal with.

The company connected me with the best deal in my area in one call. While it was a long call, other companies have bounced me around and I am still waiting for call backs. Jeff walked me through and helped me find all of the possible discounts while reviewing my options for coverage. He was patient and answered all of my questions.

Awful and rude. the agent was so bad I thought he was a robot at one point. I stated what I was calling for and he replied with a canned script that had nothing to do with why I was calling. Won't be using this company!
