Our warehouse is based in Northern Ireland and as part of the Brexit agreement Northern Ireland protocol goods can pass into Europe from Northern Ireland. without incurring custom duty. We put a sticker on every European parcel in 10 languages stating this exception. Unfortunately at officer level with some countries custom duty departments they stop parcels without reason. We can resolve the majority of these issue's by sending our customers a copy of their VAT invoice. It is unfortunate that a small number of packages get stopped due to this reason and we are sorry this has happened to you.
