High-end products, low-end customer service
I travelled to both the Benissa and Calpe showrooms and spent several hours discussing my kitchen and bathroom plans with the team. After choosing my desired materials, I was told a quote would be prepared and sent to me.
Unfortunately, that’s where the experience stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp, I was repeatedly told the quote would be sent “shortly”, but it never was.
When you’re looking to spend around €30,000, you naturally expect a level of service that reflects a company positioning itself as a luxury brand. Sadly, while the showrooms look impressive, the follow-up and reliability didn’t come close to matching that image.
For this reason, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
