If I could give them zero stars I would

If I could give them zero stars I would. Quality is absolutely terrible. picture is transferred on the back, fabric is cheap, thin and shiny. the wrong size arrived and no one is answering emails as to how to exchange/ refund. there is no other contact information provided. The 'free gift' is a terrible cheap necklace that was too small even for my daughter and went straight in the bin. Do not waste your money on these hoodies.

Waste of money

Ordered a jumper which I had seen advertised.
Arrived really late, quality is shocking. Super thin shiny material for the jumper that just says ‘made in China’ on the inside. The design is just transferred onto the back.
I emailed to ask for a refund and explained the issue- they then got back to me and offered me either a 50% refund where I could keep the item, or a 75% refund if I returned the item. They aren’t able to refund me what I paid for it.
Absolutely shocking quality do not waste your money!
