I love shopping with Savers. Unfortunately I don't have a store that I can get to but online is good. Super deals on every day items. I do a shop once a month and I am always comparing prices. Good delivery time. I have never had to contact Customer services so cannot review that part of the business. Which in my book is good

I went into the Savers in Rugeley yesterday. Great experience, I managed to find everything I needed. I was served at the till by a young girl called Katie. She was very friendly and polite, made sure I had everything I needed and just topped off my experience.

Went into the Bishop’s Stortford Branch…
Went into the Bishop’s Stortford Branch of Savers today. Went to pay for the item and the woman who served me was just so aloof. Not only did she not reply to my ‘hi’ but she didn’t smile, no thank you or goodbye. Only spoke to say how much the item was. Maybe you should give your staff a lesson in customer care. Or maybe take them into Holland & Barrett to see the right way to deal with customers.

Speedy delivery and great prices!
I my delivery came the day after I ordered, so very speedy. Everything was there and well wrapped, the shampoo was in a biodegradable bag so it didn't leak. Great prices for everything and great service!
