Save our Sash replaced one double glazed unit (not one of theirs) where the glass had crazed. It has complex glazing bars, but Joe at SoS took very careful measurements and it matches the others in the bay perfectly. Installation was very smooth and simple. Great job guys, many thanks!

The work to repair / upgrade our windows was undertaken to a high standard. Plus, it was carried out in accordance with the specification and the timescale. Following completion of the work, all areas were properly tidied up.

Finally, we were kept updated before during and after the completion of the work.

Joe and his team replaced our flats old single glazed sashes with new double-glazed units. 7 windows over 100 years old, ranging from difficult to access small bathroom to two large venetian windows, were completed on time with full restoration and decoration of the frames including replacement of one of the large windowsills due to rotting.
Joe’s consultation visit gave us a professional understanding of the work and process involved and was much more collaborative than visits from competitors.
Everton, James and the installation team were prompt, courteous and meticulous in their attention to the quality of their work as well as keeping the flat clean and tidy throughout the project.

They are a knowledgeable outfit with high quality of service and finish. Was very happy to have used them; would use them again; and would recommend them.

Joe was in excellent communication with me through the whole process ; from visiting the flat to quote , to explaining the different options re wood types etc and guarantees and organising dates for the work to be done. He and his crew were punctual and did a wonderful job in repairing all the windows, which were in a pretty poor condition and now look and operate excellently.

We are so pleased with the results from the overhaul that Joe and his team did for our windows. They glide easily open and shut and we’ve actually been able to turn down the heating as the house is so much warmer due to the draft proofing. We will definitely use them again.

Joe and his team have now worked for us twice, and on both occasions they have been absolutely excellent. A double box sash was replaced by Joe some years back to our entire satisfaction, so we called him again to take care of another set of windows. He came up with a truly creative and affordable solution to the difficulty of refurbishing (rather than entirely replacing) old timber windows in an early C20 house. It's been carried out to perfection by Everton. Excellent workmanship, good communications, and considerate tradesman behaviour - I could not recommend Joe more highly.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had 4 UPVC sash windows with broken mechanisms. Joe was quick to respond with quotes and the work was done quickly and efficiently by Mike and Everton, who were friendly and left everything clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with the company and highly recommend them. Good value and great work.

We had two very old and rotten sash windows replaced with new double glazed wooden sashes and one sash window repaired where the cords had snapped. Everyone from quotes to fittings was very friendly and knowledgeable about sash windows.
The work took about 3 days to do. The guy that came to do the windows arrived on time and cleaned up each day before leaving.
We’re very happy with the job done.

My very very old sash window was not opening. Many carpenters came and left saying that the window needs replacement or would need to be repaired with abseiling (very expensive) due to it being on the 4th floor.

Save Our Sash assured they could fix it and they did! They booked me in for the next day, it took them around 2 hours to put the window back in operation. They were unfazed by a few technical challenges and showed very strong expertise.
