I ordered this in good faith after reading reviews on TrustPilot that SaveOnCells is a legitimate trader. I paid the money and saw that VISA had paid out the cost. Then... nothing for days. UPS said they had not received the package for shipping. The Spot website said that the merchandise had been delivered! I had received nothing! There was no delivery. UPS had not shipped it. I started to get anxious because I had no communication of any sort from SaveOnCells except for a notice that my camera "had been shipped." I sent an email to SaveOnCells and received no answer. So, believing that there was something wrong, I contacted PayPal who took my statement, started a dispute ticket and forwarded it to SaveOnCells. Finally, on Monday, I got a notification from SaveOnCells that they had tried many times to contact me and they had stopped shipment because of my dispute ticket with PayPal. They had stated in their statement to PayPal that they had been unable to reach me by multiple emails claiming they were ready to ship me the package if I retracted the dispute ticket. So, heart in hand, I closed the dispute, advised SaveOnCells and today, Wednesday, I received my camera! And it works! So I am a happy camper now. Just saying...
Follow Up to this review: I just received an email from "Alice" at SaveOnCells insisting she had sent me "numerous" emails about my order. She said they must have gone to my "Junk" folder. What? So, I checked my "Junk" folder and there were indeed two emails there from her that I had never seen! My apologies to her. But then she offered me $20 to rescind my review from TrustPilot which I declined. Understanding her need to get a good review, I agreed to modify my honest account of my experience to be sure that the truth be known about my less than happy experience with this purchase from this seller. I will add that their price was the best of all the camera sellers I had looked at over the past two years of shopping for this product. So, a word of advice to people buying from this seller: check your Junk folder during the transaction to save yourself some needless worry.

Got the lowest price on an item that nobody discounts, that doesn't happen everyday. Personally preferred faster delivery, but my order wasn't in the nearby stock.

It was my first time purchasing from SaveOnCells, and I was a bit leery I made the right choice. in the end the purchase was smooth for the best price I could find and communication as to the shipping and arrival of the product was excellent.

Thanks for the product. Great product. Just wish the dispatchimg of the shipment was faster before it was actually shipped. But omce it was shipped it arrived in the time it was supposed to.
