Do not order from this company they are fraudulent. They have taken £250 from my account in a few days. The first order I put in was ok and I got the product then this week I checked my bank before going shopping and find I have £7 in the bank they have literally cleaned me out.
I have contacted my bank and they have stopped any further payments coming out. I have tried emailing them but no response. So I have been bombarding them with emails. Makes me sick, scum of the earth.

Someone needs to shut these stupid idots down!!!! From what i read i was also a victim!! Wont refund money then try to call or email guess what??? Yup u got it no longer in service or email not valid!!! I want revenge they took money out twice!!

I ordered on the 24th March and had to chase my delivery. Kayla emailed me to advise it was on its way. I received the product. On the 12th April I was charged again £38??? I checked the shop app and could see a further order had been processed. I contacted them via email asking why another product had been ordered which bounced back undelivered several times. I realised I was auto subscribed at the time of my first purchase. I attempted to follow the link to cancel subscription and it does not work. I emailed Kayla and she replied offering me a 40% discount as the product was already in transit and assured me she had cancelled the subscription. Within 2 hours of that email they attempted a further charge on 38 which my bank stopped. I have raised a dispute via my bank. They have not refunded me and they have not cancelled the subscription and they are attempting daily to charge me! STAY AWAY!

SCAM. First it took forever to receive my order, I had to reach out to customer service and somebody did respond. Shortly after I received my order, however I started to notice I was being charged almost every single day first, it sorted out with $63 and some change and then $54 after that literally every single day I then tried to email the customer service rep who took care of me and surprisingly enough. My email bounced back. I’m happy I used my Apple Pay because I don’t usually keep money in it so it just keeps declining, but I would be royally screwed if this were attached to my debit card this is a super fraudulent company.

This is a crap company. They will automatic sign you up for auto subscriptions. I have not received one order and they continue to charge me like every 4 days. I reported them to my bank. The bank deleted my card and are reporting them to Visa for dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. They are scammers. They are a fraudulent organization. They took 3 sets of funds out of my account unauthorized. I would email and get so response back. Do not purchase from this company or whatever they are… if you do expect to lose like 500$ in a 5 day span. They suck and the US consumer protection agency should not allow the to sell to the product in the US.

They have charged my account 3 times. In 10 days . $61.49 . Multiple cancellation emails , I had to finally call my bank and stop payment . My credit union just sent me the paperwork to dispute charges. I'd give this company a -10 !!!!! Rediculaous. Pissed off to say the least

Keep away from this company as they are fraudulent and will continuously take payments out of your bank account without your say so! I have tried so many times to contact them regarding orders that have been sent to me without my consent but they just take your money and never give you a refund. I have had to do numerous chargebacks on my bank account as they have taken over £300 in the last six weeks for products I have not ordered and do not want! They do not listen to you and could not care less how financially they rip you off. I have had to suspend my bank account cancel my cards and put a stop on them taking any more money out but they still continue to do so. I have now filed 3 charge back requests through my bank account to try to get my money back and am waiting for the outcome. I am at my wits end with all the anxiety and stress this has caused me!

Thieves. Keep your card details on file and just keep taking money and then try and say it’s a problem with their system. AI responses offering 20% refund after they have taken your money.

I’m absolutely furious with this company… I ordered while on offer.. took weeks to arrive.. this company have taken almost £100 in 3 days out of my account.. I didn’t sign up to any subscription.. it is FRAUD I have contacted my bank to raise fraud activity on my account… DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have reported to trading standards. The gummies are rubbish and do not work.. it’s a SCAM !!!!!!!!

Omg they are scammers …. Been trying to take money out of my account for the last 12 days . When I email it’s the same words every time we have took you off … NO NO they don’t they will just keep trying to take money from should be allowed.. DISGUSTING

This is the worst company that I have had to deal with EVER! They keep sending me orders every few days of things that I did not order. You cannot reach anyone on the phone and the girl (Kayla) that I have been corresponding with has not followed through or stopped this craziness after she assured me on several occasions that I would never get another order from them. I own a business and I would never handle a situation the way that they have. I can't believe they have any customers at all!

Horrible company..asked them to cancel my subscription which I was charged #130.00 for on the 10th and Kayla said she would but could not refund my money and then I was billed again 4 days later for another 130.00. I tried to contact the company again and got no response back to my email and no response on the phone either. Tried several more times to email and got no response again.

Abysmal awful avoid avoid avoid. Trying to take unauthorized subscription payments from my credit card every single day. My bank has declined payment, but despite various emails and even a reply from these people, they continue to try this scam.

SCAM ALERT!!
I ordered one order and before that order arrived, I had been billed for another shipment that totaled $130.68. I sent an email stating to cancel the subscription. Within 3 days, I had been billed 2 times despite the email where they said it had been cancelled. Another charge came out the day following the email notice that it had been cancelled. I had to shut down my card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! Horrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed one order @ £19.00. Took weeks for the gummies to arrive Since then they have taken 3 x £45.79 in just over one week. I have emailed 4 times now no response and currently disputing with my bank who advised they have had numerous reports on this company. Avoid at all costs

Terrible! Literally made sure to not sign up for any subscriptions, checked multiple times there was no hidden check boxes and still gets charged for a subscription! No phone #, obviously scammers. Emails are auto reply answers and have charged me nearly $200 in 5 days after they said “in email” it’s cancelled! POS imo do NOT order!

This company is a scam put you into a subscription without your knowledge and keep taking money from your bank even if you have cancelled the orders beware of savanna skin they don’t answer emails and a lot of people are complaining money being taken days apart and some people not even getting products they paid for

HORRIBLE COMPANY, their phone number is not in service. And I have sent several emails. Trying to cancel any further shipments. Not sure how to get them to stop charging me. It has already cost me nearly 200 dollars. I am beyond frustrated.

Horrible! Do NOT trust this company!!! They don't work and they will NOT refund. They assured me they stopped my subscription; however, they still billed and shipped more product (that I didn't order).
